释义	法律分析：用人单位是不可以随便的延长员工的工作时间的。国家相关法律规定，用人单位延长时间一般不可以超过一个小时。如果因为特殊的原因要延长的，在保障员工身体健康的情况下，也不可以超过三小时。但是如果是关乎国家安危，涉及集体和个人的生命财产安全的事件时，可以由用人单位自由安排。正常情况下是不能随便延长的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十一条【加班】用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
