释义	国家机关、事业单位、企业和其他单位在实行“双薪制”(按照国家有关规定，单位为其雇员多发放一个月的工资)后，个人因此而取得的“双薪”，应单独作为一个月的工资、薪金所得计征个人所得税。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公务员法》第七十四条公务员在定期考核中被确定为优秀、称职的，按照国家规定享受年终奖金。第七十八条任何机关不得违反国家规定自行更改公务员工资、福利、保险政策，擅自提高或者降低公务员的工资、福利、保险待遇。任何机关不得扣减或者拖欠公务员的工资。
