个体诊所设置标准
释义
1、本人带上自己的身份证明到医疗机构审批部门进行申请。2、医疗机构审批部门在收到申请后，对申请资料进行形式审查（真实性由申请单位负责）。①个体诊所申请的符合设置许可或执业登记要求的，予以受理。②个体诊所申请的材料不齐全或者不符合法定形式的，应一次性告知申请人需要补正的全部内容。③需要报省、市级审批部门审批的，下级行政机关自受理行政许可申请之日起15个工作日内完成审查，并报上级行政机关。
