释义	法律分析: 向物价行政主管部门投诉要求依法处理。禁止任何单位和个人在电费中加收其他费用但是，法律、行政法规另有规定的，按照规定执行。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国电力法》第六十六条违反本法第三十三条、第四十三条、第四十四条规定，未按照国家核准的电价和用电计量装置的记录向用户计收电费、超越权限制定电价或者在电费中加收其他费用的，由物价行政主管部门给予警告，责令返还违法收取的费用，可以并处违法收取费用五倍以下的罚款情节严重的，对有关主管人员和直接责任人员给予行政处分。
