释义	区别在于借贷关系是以借贷行为为基础的民事关系,债权债务关系是建立在合同、侵权等民事行为的民事原因基础上的。债权债务关系的范围远大于借贷关系。民间借贷商品利率可适当高于银行利率,但最高不得超过银行同类贷款利率的四倍。【法律依据】《关于人法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》第六条，民间借货的利率可以适当高于银行的利率，各地人民法院可根据本地区的实际情况具体掌握，但最高不得超过银行同类贷款利率的四倍（包含利率本数）。超出此限度的，超出部分的利息不予保护。
