吃低保丢人吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
低保是国家对贫穷家庭的救助金和丢人或有无本事没有任何关系，不符合低保条件规定再有本事也没有用也不能申请低保。因各种情况造成家庭贫穷的享受低保也不丢人，因为受享的是国家政策。所以享受低保不丢人也不是有本事的表现。
法律依据：
《城市居民最低生活保障条例》 第二条 持有非农业户口的城市居民,凡共同生活的家庭成员人均收入低于当地城市居民最低生活保障标准的,均有从当地人民政府获得基本生活物质帮助的权利。
