释义	法律分析：经民人法院审理，开庭当庭宣判无罪的被告人在宣判后应当立即释放。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百六十七条人民检察院对直接受理的案件中被拘留的人，认为需要逮捕的，应当在十四日以内作出决定。在特殊情况下，决定逮捕的时间可以延长一日至三日。对不需要逮捕的，应当立即释放；对需要继续侦查，并且符合取保候审、监视居住条件的，依法取保候审或者监视居住。第二百六十条第一审人民法院判决被告人无罪、免除刑事处罚的，如果被告人在押，在宣判后应当立即释放。
