释义	按照现在租房合同上的规定，中途退租是不会退房租的，而且押金也不会退，毕竟中途退租是违反了合同上的约定，如果合同中没有明确规定，就可以跟房东协商，还是有可能将房租要回。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救方法或者赔偿损失等违约责任。第五百七十八条当事人一方明确表示或者以自己的行为表明不履行合同义务的，对方可以在履行期限届满前请求其承担违约责任。
