进厂没有签合同能随时走吗

法律分析：没签劳动合同，并不意味着可以随时辞职，还是要根据法定程序来：转正的员工需提前30天书面通知单位，试用期内员工需提前3天通知单位。实践中，在通知单位后，单位同意提前办理离职手续的，可以双方协商一致后办理离职手续。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
