释义	法律分析: 上诉人递交上诉状后，迟迟不交上诉费，对方当事人无权申请强制执行，只能由法院通知交纳；如果上诉人没有在规定的期限交纳的，法院会按自动撤回上诉处理。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第三百二十条一审宣判时或者判决书、裁定书送达时，当事人口头表示上诉的，人民法院应告知其必须在法定上诉期间内递交上诉状。未在法定上诉期间内递交上诉状的，视为未提起上诉。虽递交上诉状，但未在指定的期限内交纳上诉费的，按自动撤回上诉处理。
