释义	法律分析：不可以了。凡是达到国家规定的退休年龄的都不能再签订劳动合同，即使签订了也不属于劳动合同，双方之间适用劳务关系的规定。如果已经不符合劳动者就业的法定年龄，也不符合劳动合同的主体资格，那么与公司就不存在法律意义上的劳动关系，所以只可以签订聘用合同，性质属于劳务关系，不属于劳动关系，同时也不需要缴社保和住房公积金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法实施条例》第二十一条　劳动者达到法定退休年龄的，劳动合同终止。
