释义	法律分析: 涂改后的借条一般是有效的，但是应当是当事人之间协商一致的结果，如果是一方当事人擅自涂改，则涂改的部分无效，另一方当事人不需要根据涂改后的内容履行义务，双方因此产生纠纷的，可以通过诉讼的方式处理。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
