释义	法律分析：假离婚，是指夫妻一方或者双方本无离婚的真实意思而因双方通谋或受对方欺诈而作出离婚的意思表示。一般而言，虚假离婚包括两种情形：一是通谋离婚，二是欺诈离婚。我国法律并无假离婚这个概念。不管出于什么原因，只要双方在在自愿平等下协议确定解除婚姻关系，并且已经登记的，那么离婚是有效的，离婚后不再是夫妻。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十条完成离婚登记，或者离婚判决书、调解书生效，即解除婚姻关系。
