释义	离婚了一般就不能再补办结婚证了。因为离婚了要办理离婚证，在民政部门的系统上只能查找到双方离婚时的有关证件和数据，结婚的数据也能查到，但是结婚证不能再补办，已经不符合双方现在的婚姻关系状态，补办结婚证已经毫无意义，且不符合规定。《婚姻登记条例》17条结婚证、离婚证遗失或者损毁的，当事人可以持户口簿、身份证向原办理婚姻登记的机关或者一方当事人常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关申请补领。所以如果结婚证丢失了，夫妻中的一方可以带上双方的身份证和户口本到原来登记结婚的机关，申请补领。
