释义	法律主观：根据最高人民法院司法解释：合同双方当事人约定：发生纠纷各自可向所在地人民法院起诉。该约定可认为是选择由原告住所地人民法院管辖，如不违反有关级别管辖和专属管辖的规定，则该约定应为有效。若当事人已分别向所在地人民法院提起诉讼，则应由先立案的人民法院管辖；若立案时间难于分清先后，则应由两地人民法院协商解决；协商解决不了的，由它们的共同上级人民法院指定管辖。
