一、诉讼离婚流程以及时间的安排是什么的
1、原告写好起诉状，携带起诉状、身份证、结婚证、证据材料向法院起诉。法院决定立案之日起五日内将原告的起诉书副本送达被告，并告知被告作出书面答辩。法院开庭审理，进行法庭辩论，审理后认为夫妻感情确已破裂，准予离婚。
2、法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十九条，夫妻一方要求离婚的，可以由有关组织进行调解或者直接向人民法院提起离婚诉讼。人民法院审理离婚案件，应当进行调解;如果感情确已破裂，调解无效的，应当准予离婚。
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十九条，人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月;还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百六十一条，人民法院适用简易程序审理案件，应当在立案之日起三个月内审结。
二、起诉离婚需要多长时间
适用普通程序审理的第一审民事案件，期限为六个月;有特殊情况需要延长的，经本院院长批准，可以延长六个月，还需延长的，报请上一级人民法院批准，可以再延长三个月。审理对民事判决的上诉案件，审理期限为三个月;有特殊情况需要延长的，经本院院长批准，可以延长三个月。即是说，离婚案件法院一般会在六个月内审结(特殊情况可为十五个月)，适用简易程序审理的，期限为三个月。
