释义	法律分析：六十周岁以上，对于老人何时能获取子女的赡养权或子女对老人达到多大年龄开始承担赡养义务，目前我国法律没有作出年龄段的规定。法律规定是“无劳动能力或是生活困难的老人有权利要求子女尽其赡养义务”。法律依据：《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第十一条赡养人应当履行对老年人经济上供养、生活上照料和精神上慰藉的义务，照顾老年人的特殊需要。赡养人是指老年人的子女以及其他依法负有赡养义务的人。
