释义	法律分析: 营业执照上不可以写两个人的名字，如果是合伙开店，可以以一个人为负责人办理营业执照，在营业执照上写上该负责人的名字，如果是注册公司，则营业执照上只能写法定代表人的名字，经登记注册后，其他人的名字将记录在合伙人名录或股东名录中。《中华人民共和国市场主体登记管理条例》第二十一条申请人申请市场主体设立登记，登记机关依法予以登记的，签发营业执照。营业执照签发日期为市场主体的成立日期。法律、行政法规或者国务院决定规定设立市场主体须经批准的，应当在批准文件有效期内向登记机关申请登记。
