释义	法律分析：劳务合同对工作时间没有限制。目前每天的劳动时间一般都不会超过八个小时，除此之外，都是各单位自行确定劳动时间，不能强迫劳动。但是，非全日制用工一般有劳动时间限制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十八条非全日制用工，是指以小时计酬为主，劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时，每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式。
