释义	法律分析: 网上追逃后不能撤回来。网上在逃人员只要不到案的，就不会撤销。在网上通缉犯罪嫌疑人的通缉令撤销是没有时间规定的，只在犯罪嫌疑人被抓获，或者犯罪嫌疑人自动投案等情形的，通缉令就会撤销。《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十三条公安机关在异地执行拘留、逮捕的时候，应当通知被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关，被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关应当予以配合。
