释义	法律分析：我国的民法典对一方债务的处理方法作出了规定。通常情况下，如果债权人就一方婚前所背负的个人债务来起诉债务人的配偶的，那么人民法院是不会支持的，也不会判决让配偶来承担一方的婚前债务的偿还责任的。在执行的过程中，也不可以因为一方的婚前个人债务，把配偶追加为被执行人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
