欠了高利贷的钱需要坐几年牢

法律分析：高利贷的借款人的借款行为并不违法也不构成犯罪；二高利贷的出借人的行为是违法的，但不构成犯罪。所以借高利贷并不会被判刑。故借款人只偿还本金及法律规定范围内利息即可,另因高利贷多办法索取债务时的暴力犯罪，故不建议当事人考虑此种借款方式。民间借贷属于民事行为，受到民法和合同法的约束和保护。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》 第一百七十五条 以转贷牟利为目的，套取金融机构信贷资金高利转贷他人，违法所得数额较大的，可处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；数额巨大的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
