释义	一旦网上通缉，上网地公安机关会把拘留证或者逮捕证放在网上，不论犯罪嫌疑人在何处，全国任一地公安发现都要进行抓捕。《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第三百四十条规定：已被决定拘留、逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人在逃的，可以通过网上工作平台发布犯罪嫌疑人相关信息、拘留证或者逮捕证。各地公安机关发现网上逃犯的，应当立即组织抓捕。法律依据《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第三百四十条
