释义	法律分析: 在我国是不允许出现双重户籍的，对于双重户籍要进行处罚，双重户口一般不会受处罚，如果是个人通过非正常手段所致，并造成严重后果的，触动法律，一经公安机关发现，是要追究民事或刑事责任的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第二十条有下列情形之一的，根据情节轻重，依法给予治安管理处罚或者追究刑事责任：（一）不按照本条例的规定申报户口的；（二）假报户口的；（三）伪造、涂改、转让、出借、出卖户口证件的；（四）冒名顶替他人户口的；（五）旅店管理人不按照规定办理旅客登记的。
