释义	法律分析: 主债权未到期的，债权人不可以起诉保证人，因为一般要在主合同规定的债务履行期届满而债务人没有履行债务的情况下，债权人才可以要求保证人履行债务。主债权未到期的，债权人不能要求债务人提前偿还债务，因此也不能要求保证人承担保证责任，不能提起诉讼。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百二十二条起诉必须符合下列条件：原告是与本案有直接利害关系的公民、法人和其他组织；有明确的被告；有具体的诉讼请求和事实、理由；属于人民法院受理民事诉讼的范围和受诉人民法院管辖。
