释义	法律分析：交通事故逃逸是负事故全部或者主要责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第九十二条发生交通事故后当事人逃逸的，逃逸的当事人承担全部责任。但是，有证据证明对方当事人也有过错的，可以减轻责任。当事人故意破坏、伪造现场、毁灭证据的，承担全部责任。虽然事实上发生的逃逸行为，但对方当事人在发生交通事故中也的确存在过错，并且有证据能够证明这种过错的存在的话，交通管理部门仍然是可以根据实际情况来划分双方责任，而并不是由逃逸的当事人承担全责的。
