一、法律规章汽车逆向行驶的，在不同道路上的扣分标准是不同的，逆行驾驶的具体扣分标准如下：
1、驾驶机动车在高速公路、城市快速路上倒车、逆行、穿越中央分隔带掉头的，一次记12分；
2、驾驶机动车不按规章超车、让行，或者在高速公路、城市快速路以外的道路上逆行的，一次记3分。
3、在划有虚线道路分隔线的道路，可以在确保安全的情况下借道超车，不会扣分，但是一旦发生事故，就会认定借道的车辆逆行。
