释义	法律分析: 根据刑诉法关于并案的规定，如果多起案件是由同一犯罪行为，同一犯罪嫌疑人引起的，检察院可以决定并案侦查，并且在诉讼的时候，作为共同案件处理。这样的话，可以提高刑事诉讼效率、也有利于案件得到公正的审理，节约诉讼成本，避免不同的合议庭做出相互矛盾的结论。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第五十三条当事人一方或双方为二人以上，其诉讼标的是共同的，或者诉讼标的是同一种类、人民法院认为可以合并审理并经当事人同意的，为共同诉讼。
