问题	骗取票据承兑的处罚
释义	以欺骗手段取得银行或者其他金融机构贷款、票据承兑、信用证、保函等，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉： (一)以欺骗手段取得贷款、票据承兑、信用证、保函等，数额在一百万元以上的; (二)以欺骗手段取得贷款、票据承兑、信用证、保函等，给银行或者其他金融机构造成直接经济损失数额在二十万元以上的; (三)虽未达到上述数额标准，但多次以欺骗手段取得贷款、票据承兑、信用证、保函等的; (四)其他给银行或者其他金融机构造成重大损失或者有其他严重情节的情形。
