公务员政审需要政审三代吗

公务员政审如果报名的是特殊岗位，如警察、监狱等相关岗位需要三代以内近亲属无犯罪记录证明材料了。其他岗位目前政审一般都不需要三代，一般审查两代以内近亲属，两代近亲属具体有父母、兄弟姐们、配偶等。

《中华人民共和国公务员法》第二十六条下列人员不得录用为公务员：（一）因犯罪受过刑事处罚的；（二）被开除中国共产党党籍的；（三）被开除公职的；（四）被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的；（五）有法律规定不得录用为公务员的其他情形的。
