员工不按正常程序离职如何结工资?

法律分析:
辞职时,用人单位应一次性给劳动者结清工资。劳动者须提前一个月书面通知用人单位辞职,但无须申请。如果是在试用期,则三天内口头通知用人单位即可。
法律依据:
《工资支付暂行规定》 第九条 劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时,用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
