我诉讼解除关系，对方不接传票，怎么办？

法院可以进行公告送达。在法院规定的开庭时间内，被告不出庭，不应诉的，法院即可以缺席审理，缺席判决。但是由于离婚诉讼人身性较强，所以如果一方两次传唤不出庭的，法院会进行拘传。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》
第九十二条 受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
第一百四十四条 被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
