释义	法律分析：五一劳动节当天为国务院公布的法定节日，加班工资为百分之三百。如果用人单位安排劳动者在五一劳动节当天加班的，因为五一劳动节属于法定节假日，除了正常支付当天工资外，还应该额外支付不低于2倍的加班费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十四条第三款，有下列情形之一的，用人单位应当按照下列标准支付高于劳动者正常工作时间工资的工资报酬：(三)法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。
