释义	根据我国刑法的有关规定，犯罪中止是指在犯罪过程中自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生。部分共犯欲中止犯罪，要成立犯罪中止，不仅仅中止自己的行为，还要阻止共同的犯罪行为达到既遂，此种情形下，其它共犯人不成立犯罪中止，而是构成犯罪未遂或犯罪预备。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十四条　在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生的，是犯罪中止。对于中止犯，没有造成损害的，应当免除处罚；造成损害的，应当减轻处罚。
