释义	法律分析：要约的拘束力，包括对要约人的拘束力和对受要约人的拘束力两个方面。对要约人的拘束力表现在要约生效后，要约人即不得撤回、撤销或对要约加以限制、变更和扩张。对受要约人的拘束力，在理论上又称为要约的实质拘束力，是指受要约人于要约发生法律效力时，取得依其承诺而使合同成立的法律地位。法律依据：《民法典》第四百七十二条，要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件：（一）内容具体确定；（二）表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
