营业执照的注册资本是什么意思 -法律知识

法律分析：
营业执照上写的注册资本的意思就是公司的法定资本；也是属于公司股东们所投资股本的总额，同时也是经过了工商部门所登记的资本；注册资本同样也是属于投入公司的第一笔资金。
法律依据：
《注册资本的登记管理办法》 第六条 公司设立时，投资人以股权出资的，自被投资公司成立之日起一年内，投资人应当实际缴纳，被投资公司应当办理实收资本变更登记。
公司增加注册资本时，投资人以股权出资的，应当在被投资公司申请办理增加注册资本变更登记前实际缴纳。
