问题	合同单方解除是自始无效吗
释义	通常情况下，如果对方没有任何理由就解除合同的话是违约行为，如果在签订合同的时候合同本来就是无效的，这个时候单方面解除合同就是自始自终无效。法律依据《民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
