释义	粤劳社函[2007]788号珠海市劳动和社会保障局：你局《关于确认工伤认定申请时限及相关问题的请示》(珠劳社[2007]43号)收悉。经研究，答复如下：根据国务院《工伤保障条件》第十七条规定，职工应在事故伤害发生之日起一年内向统筹地区劳动保障行政部门提出工伤认定申请，职工提出申请的时限是事故伤害发生之日起一年。事故伤害发生之日起超过一年，职工就同一事故再次向劳动保障行政部门提出工伤认定申请的，劳动保障行政部门应不予受理。二○○七年六月十二日
