释义	法律分析：一般在交付之前由出卖人进行负担的，在交付之后由买受人进行负担，所产生的损坏或者其他情况的话在交付之后，就是由买受人自己掏钱出来解决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百零四条标的物毁损、灭失的风险，在标的物交付之前由出卖人承担，交付之后由买受人承担，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。若标的物在所有权保留期间因不可抗力或其他原因毁损灭失，买受人不得以尚未转移所有权为借口，逃避价款给付义务或其他约定义务。
