释义	女婿不是岳父母的法定继承人，一般不享有继承权，但是，根据《继承法》第12条和《最高人民法院关于贯彻执行a中华人民共和国继承法a若干问题的意见》的有关规定，丧偶儿媳对公婆、丧偶女婿对岳父母生活提供了主要经济来源，或在劳务等方面给予了主要扶助的，应当认定其尽了主要赡养义务或主要扶养义务而作为第一顺序继承人具有继承权。并且，不管他们是否再婚，其子女可以代位继承。
