释义	法律分析：可以的，离职时双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。在员工依法办理离职手续后，用人单位必须为出具解除劳动合同证明，同时劳动者的工资、押金和经济补偿是必须结清。用人单位不得随意扣减或者拖欠，当事人可以在办理离职手续时要求结清。否则当事人可以去劳动局申诉或者举报用人单位的违法违规行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
