释义	法律分析: 集体合同一般签1至3年。企业职工一方与用人单位协商确定集体合同期限。集体合同订立后，应当报送劳动行政部门；劳动行政部门自收到集体合同文本之日起十五日内未提出异议的，集体合同即行生效。《集体合同规定》第三十八条集体合同或专项集体合同期限一般为1至3年，期满或双方约定的终止条件出现，即行终止。集体合同或专项集体合同期满前3个月内，任何一方均可向对方提出重新签订或续订的要求。
