释义	法律分析: 单位有权要求有感染风险的职工居家隔离，通过网上办公等形式提供劳动，或者就居家隔离而无需提供劳动。这种情况严格上来讲，属于单位的工作安排，可以协商工资待遇，如协商不成的，应该按正常的工资支付。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十九条且用人单位据此与劳动者解除劳动合同，用人单位无需向劳动者支付任何赔偿。第四十四条与劳动者解除劳动关系的，用人单位需向劳动者支付解除劳动合同经济补偿金。
