释义	不一定。如果是支票兑现金的话支票是见票不见人的。只要你的支票是真是有效的，上面的印章是真是有效的，在规定时间内，任何人都可以凭票支取(现金支票)相应额度现金。银行只认章不认人的，如果不是预留印章的话，取不到钱的，要是你们公司有留公章也可以，不过一般留的是财务章+私章(企业法人)。《票据法》第八十九条出票人必须按照签发的支票金额承担保证向该持票人付款的责任。出票人在付款人处的存款足以支付支票金额时，付款人应当在当日足额付款。
