18岁以上子女户口可以随迁么 |
| 释义 |
可以，但必须满足以下条件是什么？：
1、内地户口子女系未成年人，如果超过18周岁，则其必须在高中以下教育阶段正式在校就读且不得超过20周岁;
2、该户家庭不能发生过被视为超计划生育的事实;
3、全面审核后认为该子女户口曾因合理理由当年未随同父(母)迁入，现须投靠父(母);
4、其父母户口均在本市但不在一户内的，按照规定应先行并户，因客观因素暂不能并户的按母亲优先原则受理申请。
未成年子女投靠父母入户需要提供以下资料：
1、《入户申请审批表》
2、该子女及父母的居民户口簿
3、16周岁以上子女及父母的居民身份证
4、拟迁入地街道计生部门出具的随迁入户计划生育证明;
5、该子女的原始出生医学证明);
6、提供该子女父母的结婚证，父母离婚的提供有关离婚的法律文书，父或母丧偶的提供死亡证明文书;
7、提供父(母)户口迁入本市时的有关材料

第十条
公民迁出本户口管辖区，由本人或者户主在迁出前向户口登记机关申报迁出登记，领取迁移证件，注销户口。
公民由农村迁往城市，必须持有城市劳动部门的录用证明，学校的录取证明，或者城市户口登记机关的准予迁入的证明，向常住地户口登记机关申请办理迁出手续。
公民迁往边防地区，必须经过常住地县、市、市辖区公安机关批准。
