释义	因与公司有劳动争议，随即将写好的民事起诉状上传到网上，结果反被公司告上法庭。今天，记者从渝中区法院获悉，他们近日审结了原告深圳某公司诉被告彭某某名誉权纠纷一案。这是该院受理的首例因当事人网上公布民事起诉状而引发的名誉权纠纷案。据了解，2009年3月，彭某某因与深圳某公司发生劳动争议而向南岸区法院起诉。5月，彭某某发帖将其所写的民事起诉状上传至互联网的“168法律论坛”。7月，该公司诉至渝中区法院请求判令彭某某停止侵权、消除影响、刊登致歉启示并赔偿经济损失5万元和公证费用2400元。
