释义	合同不一定必须法人签字。法人是具有民事权利能力和民事行为能力，依法独立享有民事权利和承担民事义务的组织。法人是拟制的人，法人作为合同的当事人订立合同时，应由法人的法定代表人实施或其他有权订立合同的代理人签订合同，签订合同可以采取签名、盖章或者按指印的方式。签字人应当获得法定代表人授权签署合同的权利，取得法定代表人的授权委托书，在代理权限内通过法定代理人的名义签署合同。
