释义	法律分析: 参加劳动会有工资。按照相关规定规定给予报酬。按照我国法律规定，监狱对参加劳动的罪犯，应当按照有关规定给予报酬。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国监狱法》第六十九条有劳动能力的罪犯，必须参加劳动。第七十二条监狱对参加劳动的罪犯，应当按照有关规定给予报酬并执行国家有关劳动保护的规定。司法实践中，服刑人员在监狱中劳动改造，监狱会给予每月固定的零用钱以开账购买必须的生活用品，同时会按照其劳动改造的表现以劳动奖金的方式给与一定的报酬，具体由各监狱规定。
