未成年可以假释吗

法律分析：尽管最高人民法院作出了对未成年人减刑假释从宽处理的规定，但由于立法的限制，实际上少年的减刑假释与成年人比并没有太大的区别，因为，无论少年在减刑假释的幅度有多大，间隔的时间有多短，少年同样要服满原判刑期的二分之一，被判无期的少年也要10年徒刑之后才能减刑假释出狱，这与成年犯罪是完全一致的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》 第八十一条 第二款 对累犯以及因杀人、爆炸、抢劫、强奸、绑架等暴力性犯罪被判处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑的犯罪分子，不得假释。
