释义	法律分析：一般入职之后就开始算上班，但是具体的上班时间规定，要根据每个公司的规定来看，一般是入职当天就会安排工作，也有的公司是入职之后的第二天，才开始上班工作，不过一旦建立起了劳动关系，工作单位就必须要支付工资给员工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十条建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者在用工前订立劳动合同的，劳动关系自用工之日起建立。
